Also included in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
